"In February 2016, I was 333 pounds. I was at my highest weight ever. I was pre-diabetic, had high blood pressure and high cholesterol, all "controlled" via medication. I had sciatic, back, hip, and knee pain. I had no strength, no stamina, and no energy. I was tired of being tired, and decided I had had enough of pain, fatigue, and I did not want any more medications!
I started on a medically supervised diet, and began training with Ginni Bradbury. Ginni worked hard with me to find exercises that I could do given my poor fitness level, and to teach me the proper form so that I wouldn't hurt myself, or aggravate any of my pre-existing injuries. As my fitness improved and the weight came off, we gradually increased intensity and duration of exercises, and constantly changed up the routine to keep my body balanced, and to keep the exercises fresh and interesting.
As of February 2, 2017 I have lost 151 pounds through a combination of diet and exercise! That's almost 50% of my starting body weight! I no longer need medication for my diabetes, blood pressure, or cholesterol. My various pains no longer bother me, and I have a lot more strength, stamina, and energy. It's been a hard road to get to this point, but I could not have done it without Ginni!"

"I've been so fortunate to be involved in sports, which has kept me in relatively good shape my entire life but I was never really happy with my physique. I wanted to take my fitness to the next level so I started training with Ginni. I met Ginni about two years ago. We were in a boot camp type class together at the gym. She encouraged me to compete in a mini-triathlon. At 64 years old, I could not swim, had not ridden a bike for 50 years and also had bad knees from 40 years of playing soccer. Undaunted, Ginni was confident that this was for me. She helped me train for 90 days. Lo and behold, I managed to finish the triathlon and had a respectable time to boot. When Ginni started her own fitness business the following year, I was there, eager for more of Ginni's knowledge of fitness and health, in general, and her eternal optimism. Fast Forward 18 months; now 66 years old, I am the healthiest and in the best shape of my life. I take G FORCE group training classes two times per week where we swim, walk, run, dance, lift weights, bike, row, LAUGH and generally just work our tails off. I also train, one-on-one with Ginni a few times per week. The fitness community that Ginni has developed has been a huge support system and includes some of my dearest friends. Ginni is masterful at bringing fitness to her clients, regardless of any physical limitations. She has developed exercise modifications that allow all fitness levels to feel accomplished. Not only has Ginni been important to my physical health journey, but she challenges me (and all her clients) to be the best person I can be, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She keeps it real, interesting, relevant and fun. Ginni has changed my life as well as the life of my husband who she has been assisting with his own health journey.
