Fitness isn't a 'one size fits all' journey. It's about making a decision to look and FEEL your best, then learning what route will help YOU get there and, more importantly, help you STAY there! I realize not everyone loves to exercise. In fact a lot of people DREAD a workout. That's OK! We simply need to find a program that works for YOU, one that will help you reach YOUR health and fitness goals, whatever they may be. I can help you to embrace exercise as a POSITIVE experience, an activity that leaves you feeling stronger and happier than when you started. You have to train your mind to WANT to workout, to see the benefit that comes from every moment you dedicate to exercise. I'm here to help you find enjoyment during workouts by having FUN while you sweat! Together we will determine what motivates you to want to live a healthier life so you can stay on track and continue to strive to reach goals to achieve your own personal BEST!
G Fitness offers personal training programs for anyone from age 10 to 95. My clients come from every level of fitness; from no prior experience to professional athletes. Whether your fitness goals include weight loss, muscle tone, weight management, body fat reduction, an increase in muscle mass or cardiovascular health, I will create an individualized program just for you. Together we can get you FIT FOR LIFE!
